[SMM Weekly Review of Cobalt Sulphate Market: Spot Price of Cobalt Sulphate in the Doldrums, Downstream Players Maintain a Wait-and-See Attitude] This week, the spot price of cobalt sulphate was in the doldrums. From the supply side, the quotes from mainstream smelters remained relatively stable, while some recyclers slightly lowered their spot quotes for cobalt sulphate. From the demand side, given the uncertainties surrounding future policies in the DRC, downstream producers generally maintained a wait-and-see sentiment. Moreover, as the order situation of material plants did not show significant improvement, downstream purchase willingness remained consistently low, and no bulk purchasing activities had emerged. It is expected that next week, the spot price of cobalt sulphate will continue to fluctuate weakly.

From the demand side, given the uncertainties surrounding future policies in the DRC, downstream producers generally adopted a wait-and-see attitude.
